// What we do

BLVSTACK is an AI systems studio. We design and build custom AI agents, automations, internal tools, and admin systems for businesses. Engagements are scoped through a discovery call and formalized in a written Statement of Work (SOW) per project.

// Project engagements

These website terms do not constitute a service agreement. Every paid engagement is governed by a separate SOW that specifies:

• Scope of deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and amounts
• Intellectual property ownership
• Acceptance and revision process
• Confidentiality terms
• Termination and cancellation policies

If the SOW conflicts with these terms, the SOW controls for that engagement.

// Website use

You agree to use this site lawfully. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or anti-abuse systems
• Use automated scrapers, harvesters, or bots beyond the bounds documented in our robots.txt
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what is publicly served
• Use the site to harass, defame, or harm any party

// Intellectual property

The BLVSTACK name, logo, wordmark, brand assets, and the design/code of this website are owned by BLVSTACK and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Code we write for clients is owned per the terms of each SOW (typically: client owns custom code and deliverables; BLVSTACK retains rights to underlying frameworks, methodologies, and reusable components).

// AI-generated content

Some communications you receive from BLVSTACK may be drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a human before sending. Inbound submissions to our intake form may be analyzed by AI systems for triage and routing. We do not use your submissions to train AI models.

// No warranties

The website is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Content (case studies, blog posts, descriptions) is provided for informational purposes and is not legal, financial, or technical advice.

Service deliverables under an SOW carry their own warranty terms as specified in that SOW.

// Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLVSTACK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to website use is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

Liability under project SOWs is governed by those agreements.

You agree to indemnify BLVSTACK against claims arising from: (a) your violation of these terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) content you submit through the site.

// Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these terms.

// Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in BLVSTACK's principal place of business, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

// Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
